Because there are so many factors that will affect price, providing exact figures here would be impossible. For example:-

how many images do you want
how do you want to use them
how long do you want to use them for
where do you want to shoot them

Shooting your latest high performance sports car to be sold on 10 million calendars worldwide will cost significantly differently to coverage of a small conference and using the pictures in your in-house newsletter.

Below is a general guide to our prices, rates and fees for our UK commercial photography services.

We don't like being caught out by hidden costs and don't see why you should either. Therefore our quotes will include everything we charge to take, process and supply the images to you for your specific usage.

Expenses and Image Processing Costs (UK)

UK	Charged on a mileage basis. No charge for travel time. May include overnight stay charge. If flights, etc, required then flights, parking, car hire at destination, etc will be will be charged at cost

CD writing cost	£15 +£5 per additional CD
DVD writing cost	£18 +£8 per additional DVD
CD based web gallery (includes basic design and all HTML pages & folders)	£95 (inc. CD)
Online E-Shop	from £35 to £185 (depends on no. of images and length of time online [30 days to 365 days])
Image processing	From £30 (£45 a typical 1/2 day job)
Additional bespoke Photoshop/Lightroom work	Charged on an hourly basis at £55 per hour or part there of.
Additional studio setup (props, models, MUA, etc.)	Charged at cost by prior arrangement.
Prints of images, frames, etc	Available to order.

Our images are supplied in digital form on CD/DVDs. We will usually supply high resolution files in JPEG format at a 'print ready' resolution of 300dpi.. TIFF or Photoshop format files and other resolutions are no problem. Just include what you need when requesting a quote.

Images are colour corrected, but otherwise not retouched in any way. We have a "processing" charge that covers preparation of images after capture. This varies with the type of work (and quantity) undertaken. Additional bespoke image manipulation (Photoshop or Lightroom) is by prior arrangement and depends on the type of work undertaken.

In all instances, 1/3 of the agreed costs are required as a "booking fee" at the time of booking, 1/3 will be required at the time of the shoot and the remaining 1/3 balance required at time of delivery.

Product Photography

Basic product shots are usually carried out at our studio on a per item basis. Prices depend on number of items plus number of shots per item. More complex/larger product setups may be charged on a time basis, as per our normal commercial rates. Please contact us today to discuss your needs.

Using Campbell Photographic Stock Photography

If you finally decide to go down the route of stock images, we can help there too.

"Stock" photography, sometimes called "Library" images, is where you license just a specific image from our collection for a particular use.

There are many different categories of image use including (but not limited to):-

as a one-off in a leaflet, newsletter, press release or in-house magazine; and/or
kept on file to appear several times in different publications; and/or
over an annual or biennial cycle, including use in brochures, websites and exhibition stands.
